As you know we're an online business only. Therefore, we want to update our customers that we are committed to doing all we can to keep our staff safe.

We're still working hard to ensure deliveries continue for you, and that our warehouse staff and delivery partners continue to work safely. As with the whole of the UK, we are following government measures to keep our warehouse staff safe, including heightened hygiene processes, social distancing, and split shifts of at least 2 metres.

All teams who are able to work from home are doing so, including Customer Services, who you can continue to contact via  email [email protected].

We're doing everything possible to get your order out as quickly as possible, but due to these safety measures, delivery may take longer than usual. If you have an order query, please contact Customer Services.
When being delivered Hermes are encouraging customers to nominate a safe place to leave packages, but if this cannot be done Hermes will be carrying out contact free deliveries in line with advice on social distancing.

"COVID19 UPDATE. Hermes has a new feature in their app called My Places which allows customers to set preferences for all their parcel deliveries. This is something which is especially important during the temporary contact-free delivery approach as the country responds to the COVID19 crisis. You can set your safe place, upload a photo of your safe place and choose your preferred neighbour; something that will be useful once things have settled down after the COVID19 restrictions."

Thank you to all our customers for their continued support. Stay safe and following government guidelines.
