ParcelShop Collection

Not got time to sit around waiting for the doorbell to ring? Get your delivery on your own terms. 

Select the most convenient Parcelshop at checkout and pick it up in 3-5 days. 

Click and collect is only available on items up to 15kg and up to a volume 245cm^2. If you're not sure, ask Evri here.

Once your parcel has arrived at the Parcelshop, you'll receive a notification on how to collect it and bring it home!

With the Evri App, you can follow your parcel on a map, tracking the driver’s progress, minute by minute.

You can also get details about your driver, including ratings and profiles.

Not going to be in?

The Evri App also allows you to set a safe place so the driver knows where to leave your parcel if you’re not going to be in or alternatively, you can request your parcel to be left with a neighbour of your choice. Evri will attempt to deliver your parcel a maximum of 3 times before they return the parcel to us. If 3 delivery attempts have been made and we do not hear from you, we will issue you with a refund once the goods have been returned to our warehouse.

Due to the high volume of orders during this festive period, you may experience a slight delay in receiving your parcel. This is due to the Royal Mail strikes and our 3rd party courier experiencing a significant increase in the number of parcels they are receiving, so it may take up to 7 working days for you to receive your goods.
