COVID19 UPDATE. Hermes has a new feature in their app called My Places which allows customers to set preferences for all their parcel deliveries. This is something which is especially important during the temporary contact-free delivery approach as the country responds to the COVID19 crisis. You can set your safe place, upload a photo of your safe place and choose your preferred neighbour; something that will be useful once things have settled down after the COVID19 restrictions.

Unfortunately next day delivery is currently unavailable due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However when operations do return to normal you can get your order the very next day with our express service; it guarantees next working day delivery to UK Mainland* for all orders placed before 7pm Monday to Friday, and 2pm on Weekends.
*Unfortunately we cannot offer next day express delivery to the following locations: Offshore, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands.

Can I track my order?
Oh yes, you can track you order at any time by following the instructions on your order confirmation email. Lights ordered, value guaranteed - now sit back and relax, your new lights are on their way!
If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier a further two delivery attempts will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point, the order will be returned back to us at Value Lights.
