Free & Easy Returns

With everything that is happening in the country at the moment we've updated our returns policy to help our customers and ensure they stay safe.

Return any item for free for an extended 30 days after receiving it. To return any item just follow our 4 simple steps below.

Reporting any damages or faults is easy, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.

In the unlikely event that things go dark, a 1 year warranty is included with all items. If this happens, contact our Customer Service team on 0161 837 6095, they are always happy to help. 


How Do I Return? 

1   Pack the item(s) back into the original box with all components. Click “Return My Order” below to create your free returns label.

2   Choose the package option that best suits what it is you're returning. Then fill in the details and generate your label. (Your Order ID is your 10-digit order number from your order confirmation email from us – it should begin with 600). 

3   Print off the label and attach it to your parcel.

4   Complete drop off at your local Post Office.



Can't Print Your Returns Label? 

If you can’t print your free returns label, please contact Customer Services on 0161 837 6095 and they will be able to send the label to you in the post.



We will process your refund at the speed of lights. Our Customer Service team aim to have your refund processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned item(s).
