Free returns which are light on effort.

We offer free returns on all our products. From the date you receive your goods, you have 30 days to return your order to us, free of charge. You also have 30 days upon receipt of your goods to report any faults, defects or damages – we would recommend letting us know as soon as possible, as we would like to get this sorted for you.

All our products come with a 1 year warranty.

How do I return my order?

Returning your order is easy. Just follow these 4 simple steps below:

1. Pack the item(s) you are returning into its original packaging (if available) with all the components and fixtures that it came with. Click the Return My Order button below to create your free returns label with Royal Mail.

2. Fill in your details, including the product code of the item you are returning and your order number (this is the 10-digit number on your order confirmation email from us – it should begin with 600 – the product code can also be found on this email). Click ‘Create your label’ once all details have been filled in. Please make sure to check the maximum weight and dimensions of the parcel against the diagram featured on this link before generating your label.*

3. Print off your returns label and attach this to your parcel (if you don’t have access to a printer, please don’t worry! Royal Mail will send a QR code to your email address – simply present this at your local post office so they can scan it and they will print and attach the returns label for you).

4. Drop the parcel off at your local post office and you’re sorted! All we ask is that you please keep hold of your Post Office Receipt, once you have dropped off your parcel, as this acts as proof of your return.

*If your parcel is heavier or larger than the maximum weight and dimensions mentioned on Royal Mail’s portal, please don’t worry, just contact our customer service team and they will create a return for you, which may be with a different courier.



We will always process your refund as quickly as possible. Once we have received your return from our courier, our Customer Service Team will action your refund – you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed (please note that the refund amount you receive may have discounts applied, if a discount code was used when placing your order).

Please note, it may take several days for us to receive your return from the courier, but rest assured, your refund will be processed as soon as we have received the goods.

Depending on your bank, your refund may take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
