Free & Easy Returns

Return any item for free within 14 days of receiving it by following the below steps. Reporting any damages or faults is easy, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.

In the unlikely event that things go dark, a 1-year warranty is included for free. If this happens, drop a call to our Customer Services team who will be happy to help on 0161 837 6095. 

 

 

How Do I Return? 

1   Pack the item(s) back into the original box with all components and click “Return My Order” below

2   Choose the return option that’s best for you, fill in the details and generate your label (your Order ID is your 10-digit order number from your order confirmation email from us – it should begin with 600)

3   Print off and attach the label to your parcel

4   Complete drop off at your chosen Parcelshop/locker location OR sit back, relax and await your collection driver!

Can't Print Your Returns Label? 

If you can’t print your free returns label, please contact Customer Services on 0161 837 6095 and they will be able to send the label to you in the post

OR

Choose the Parcelshop Drop Off option via the above link – they can scan the QR code in store from your label email confirmation

 

 

Refunds

We Will Process Your Refund at The Speed of Lights. Our committed Customer Services team aim to have your refund processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned item(s).
