Changed your mind? No worries

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send your order back, completely free. If something arrives faulty or damaged, just let us know within 30 days and we’ll make it right. Every product also comes with a 1‑year warranty, because we like to keep things glowing.

We’ve kept it simple (and still free!):

  • Create your return – Use this link to create your free return with Evri
  • Have your details handy – We’ll need your order number, email address, and reason for return
  • Choose your return method – We have ParcelShop drop-off, locker, or home collection (this one needs a printer). Pick what suits you best – all options are free
  • Pack it up - We can only accept returns if they're back in their original packaging, with all fixtures and fittings included

If you’re returning more than one parcel, please generate a new label for each one (don’t reuse labels)

Please keep hold of your return receipt, it’s your proof of postage if anything goes missing on its way back to us. Once your parcel reaches Evri, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to pop it back into your account, but everything our end is handled. No chasing needed.

  • Have your details handy – We’ll need your order number, email, and reason for return. If it’s faulty, a quick photo helps us speed things up
  • Choose your return method – We have ParcelShop drop-off, locker, or courier collection (this one needs a printer). Pick what suits you best – all options are free
  • Check and confirm – We’ll email everything you need to make your return. Easy peasy!
  • Pack it up - We can only accept returns if they're back in their original packaging, with all bits included, and in a condition that’s ready for a new home
