Free returns which are light on effort.
We offer free returns on all our products. From the date you receive your goods, you have 30 days to return your order to us, free of charge. You also have 30 days upon receipt of your goods to report any faults, defects or damages – we would recommend letting us know as soon as possible, as we would like to get this sorted for you.
All our products come with a 1 year warranty.

How do I return my order?
We’ve made a few important updates to our returns process, to keep things fair and easy for everyone. Don’t worry — returns are still free and simple to do. Just make sure your item meets the new eligibility criteria below before starting your return.
Here’s how to return your order in 5 easy steps:
Pop your item back in its original packaging
We can only accept returns that come back in their original packaging and in original condition, with all components and fixtures included.
Have your details on hand
We’ll just need a few quick details like your order number, email address, and the reason for your return. If there’s a fault or damage, we might ask for a photo too. Once our lovely Customer Service team have checked everything over, we’ll send you a handy Evri link to complete your return.
Choose your return method
You can return via parcelshop drop-off, locker drop-off, or courier collection (this one requires a printer). Choose the one that suits you best — all options are free!
Check and confirm
Agree to the terms and conditions, and we’ll email you everything you need to make your return. Easy peasy!

A few important things to know:
All returns must be received and checked by our returns team before we can send out a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days once the return has been received and inspected.

We will always process your refund as quickly as possible. Once we have received your return from our courier, our Customer Service Team will action your refund – you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed (please note that the refund amount you receive may have discounts applied, if a discount code was used when placing your order).
Please note, it may take several days for us to receive your return from the courier, but rest assured, your refund will be processed as soon as we have received the goods.
Depending on your bank, your refund may take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
